QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have installed QuadtoneRIP but am unsuccessful in printing. I am trying to
print a grayscale image approximately 2 Mb large. I am using Quadtone inks
in an Epson 1800. The printer spools to 41 Mb, spitting out a page but not
printing. I thought I might be short in space and reorganized and
reformatted my hard drive, but it is still the same. I tried reinstalling
the printer software with no success. I've also tried deleting and
reinstalling QuadtoneRIP with no success. Does anyone have ideas?
