Thought I'd check to see the settings others are using to print from
CS2 to QTR.
In the Print box, I choose "Document" and verify the profile
displayed. For me, it's usually Gray 1.8.
In the Options box, for the "Color Handling:" drop down, I select "No
Color Management" which is as best I can determine, the equivalent of
"Same as Source" in CS.

Sounds right. Those are the settings that have been working for me with PSCS2.
I don't think that QTR recognizes embedded profiles. So the 'let printer determine' setting would also work with QTR.
I think the difference between these two choices in PSCS2 is 'no color management' strips the profile information before sending to the printer. Anyone else know for sure?
