QTR-Quadtone RIP

Using Epson 2200 and the Quadtone inks with Matte Black, OS X10.4.9, latest QT Rip version 
and Epson Enhanced Matte paper. The printed images on print don't have nearly the punch 
that they should. Blacks seem ... dull.

Would changing settings in the software make a difference.

"kinda dull" isn't a description.

Do you have previous experience printing inkjet photos, were you ever 
more successful with inkjet than you are now, what kind of paper are 
you using? 

When you say "kinda dull" what are you comparing to and do you have 
more visual skills than you're suggesting with that description?
