PS3 and no 4000 QTR printing

several weeks now with PS3 and the wonderful BR and ARC (love Clerity) BUT...for some reason I can't print to my Epson 4000 via Quad Tone. I have an intel MacPro, a USB connected 4000 - when I hit print I get the Quad4000 print deialogue box that says it's printing - but it goes off quickly and the paper shoots thru the 4000 - un inked any ideas???
