First questions!

Hello Group, I've been lurking for a while, and downloaded QTR a couple of days ago to try it out with my new/old printer a PM-3700C, which s the Japanese equivalent of the 1280. I ordered UT2 inks from MIS, but I think what I got is the original UT - the label says UltraTone UT-4 LC/LM etc. No mention of UT2 at all. So, the first question is: Are these UT or UT2 inks? I've already written to MIS, but I hope to get a quicker answer here. Next, the printing models all have the US names like 1280, 2200 etc. in them. I assume I can get away with using these models? Is there somewhere I can figure out what all the acronyms mean (e.g. K6, K7, GQ). Thanks for your help. Kumar
