Digital Negatives with QTR

Here's a link some might like to follow if you're interested in the
process of creating digital negatives for contact printing.
The link just below the Pagoda image is to Ron Reeder's recently
available free PDF manual on how to use QTR to create digital negatives.

Any thoughts on whether these digital negatives can be made with the
Piezography K7 inkset?

Digital Negatives with QTR

2015-07-11 by jthacker@...

Several years ago, I think a member of this group provided me with a copy of their step-by-step write up titled "Digital Negatives with Quadtone RIP". The author used the Windows QRTgui to create gidf. I would like to get in touch with the author. Please let me know.

I have used this method numerous times to make digital negative curves for silver gelatin prints. I want to thank you for your write up, share my experience, and have a couple of lingering questions about the method.

Let me know if you're out there.

Cheers,
John

PS: sorry it has taken so long to get back to you but I had to take last year off for medical reasons.
