GUI Window is truncated

After upgrading to 2.5.1, when the GUI opens, it doesn't show the whole screen. More exactly, it did for one print, and now doesn't. I uninstalled and re-installed and this does not help. Any ideas?

I noticed this as well, and I think its two things: one is some of the menu/screen items role up and you have to click on roll-up icon to undo. A few times, I seemed to miss some of my menu for no reason, but I closed program, reopened and it was fine.
