QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi, new user. Trying to get started for the first time. I select 11 x 14 centered or not, 13 x 19 
centered or not, and it keeps saying wrong size paper.

Now it started to print on roll paper, then asked to have sheet paper, and though I set it for a 
roll, it is printing on a 13 x 19 sheet. 

I think I must be overlooking a new place to set paper size, thanks, stephen
