Epson 4000 and QTR

Help. in OSX 10.3.9 with Epson 4000, on the print page, what do I choose in the "printer profile" pulldown? Is it the paper profile from the specific paper manufacturer, or something generic from QTR? Am having problems just getting to print. Thanks for any help. Barry
