Better than my 1270?

My 1270 is in perfect order, gives me (seemingly) fine results with MIS UT2-4 inks on EEM and Harman FB or Ilford Gold Fibre Silk stock. But sometimes I find myself wondering, in that slightly acqusitive way, if I'd get better results with a more recent printer? I mean really noticeably better, not just different....... And if so, what would give the best improvement/cost ratio? It's the old dilemma..... Andy
