Banding Fix

I experienced the banding issues with the QuadtoneRIP software. After several attempts setting dithering I found that when I changed the DPI from 1440 Super to 2880, it resolved the banding issue totally. I've had a tough time making all of this work, and will soon post complete details on how I resolved several key issues to make the QuadToneRIP software rock. When I'm done I'll post a notice here.
