Different printers have different characteristics. A particular profile
may printdarker or lighter depending of the physical drop sizes. There is
no general answer.
But if you are comparing a certain density of black ink the resolution
doesn't make
any difference. In other words for particular print density its the same
amount of
whether you put lots of smaller dots (high res) or less bigger dots (low
res).
