problems with custom profile into QTR

I have made a custom profile using QTR for HanPhRg on E7600. I have created the .iic profile for PSD soft proofing, but when I install the .txt file into the QTR curves, it is installed but the printer doesn't read it. How do i make a .quad curve to add to the list? Thanks Joe
