micro banding

I am printing 11x14" images on Hahnemeuhle fine art pearl (13x19") using QTR. I have an epson 4000 and I am using the HPhotoRagwarm setting. I am assuming the H is for Hahnemeuhle? I am experiencing pretty serious micro banding mainly in the sky areas. Mostly vertical with some horizontal as well. It almost looks like a window screen imprint. Should I use a different setting in QTR? Or is there anything else that might be causing this? BTW these are B&W images scanned from B&W negs. The scans appear to be fine, so I am assuming it is the printer or an improper QTR setting. Thanks Chris
