QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am unable to get centered printing on my 1400 with QTR and Leopard
with the QTR driver.  I notice that this has apparently been an issue
in the past.  Try as I might, I cannot find an internal setting in the
driver.  

I did come up with a workaround. I make a Photoshop canvas the size of
the paper I am printing on.  But this is a bit of a pain.

Centering is fine across the width of the sheet.  On the long
direction, there is more space on the bottom than the top, despite the
driver being set to exactly the same margins.

Roy or anyone?  Ideas

Phil, try going to Page Setup.  If the Format For box has defaulted to Any Printer try 
selecting the appropriate Quadtone printer.  It's an old bug in Mac/Epson/Photoshop that 
manifests itself in odd ways around centering.  One annoying aspect is even after setting it 
to your printer it may keep defaulting to Any Printer necessitating resetting it every time you 
print.
