QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi

i just get a Epson R2400 with the kit piezo , i install evrythink but i cannot found the quadtone rip on my application; i can print from photoshop but not from the window of quad tone rip.

The easiest thing for you to do is write techsupport (at) inkjetmall
(dot) com, so we can concentrate in short time on your install.

On Mac its different than PC - so I need to know that first. You did
download and install the latest version from www.quadtonerip.com - yes?
