Profiling with a Spyder 3

I just received a Spyder 3 Studio and I'm looking at the targets and the profiling procedure in the help file. I understand how to profile using the standard targets with color inks or the "extended grays" targets (which use some color inks), but what do I do when I am printing with dedicated B&W inks like the MIS UT or Piezo sets on QTR ? Can I use the QTR images ?
