ImageToRaster Stopped error. Pls help!

Hello, I just started getting an ImageToRaster stopped working error on my Vista 32 system on which I have been using QTR for over a year. I am trying to print simple 8 bit grayscale uncompresed TIFFs at 24x30". Sometimes it prints without a problem, but sometimes it stops with about 99% of the print completed. I have read through the forums. I used Stephen Billards QTRCleanout to remove all traces of the QTR. Restarted. Then re-installed QTR. It gave me the error on the very firt print! I need to get an exhibit worth of prints done this weekend! Below is the info that windows gave me about the ImageToRaster error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I am printing to an Epson 9600.
