Peter,
Yes, I am pretty sure when I originally switched from 1440 to 2880 dpi
I did make a Gamma Adjustment and perhaps also an Ink Limit
Adjustment. I don't have a record of those setting anymore since all
my QTR printing is now done at 2880 dpi. However, as an example,
recently I have made a few prints I like on Red River Polar Satin (a
luster paper) with the following setting (which give a reasonably good
match between my prints and my Artisan Monitor image):
2880 dpi, Photo Black Ink, UC-ISmoothPearl-neutral Curve,
Ink Limit Adj +5 (slider move to right toward "Darkest")
Gamma-Adjustment +11 (slider move to right toward "Darkest")
Good luck,
Ken
