QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am having problems with how QTR handles roll paper.

If I try the work around I read here - load in sheet print in roll ( I use cutter off), when I print the printer does not start .  If I switch back to sheet it starts right up  ... And then I have to be there to stop it at the end of the print or it will scroll the paper out.

I did note that roy suggested : "if you have roll paper in a printer that you select a roll paper selection in QTRgui."  

The only place I can find paper settings is in the print Dialogue box ... Under page set up, but there are no roll paper choices here. Where should I look ?

What does GUI mean?

I am using mac pro/ os10.5.7 / cs4 / epson 7600

Hi Michael,

(the QTRgui references are for Windows -- it's different on the Mac)

Anyway,  on the Print dialogue page where all the curves and sliders are
there's a Paper Feed selection.  This has Sheet Feed and Roll Feed
selections.  Make sure this agrees with your print front panel and with
the paper you put in the printer.  As long as they are all "Sheet" or
all "Roll" you should be fine.
