"ERROR: Image size is not valid"

Hello, I am trying to print some note cards that are 228.6 mm (9 in) by 147.6mm (5.811 in). I choose custom paper size, then I enter the width and height. I tried both mm and inches. I get the warning that the Image does not fit. When I select "print" I get the popup window "Log File Error Display" with the message: "ERROR: Image size is not valid" "ERROR: Invalid printer settings!" Does qtr allow printing on this size paper? fyi, this is with an epson 4000. TIA, John
