QTR and 10.5.8

2009-10-03 by csandersoc

I've been using QTR 2.6.2 with PS CS3 on a MacPro running OS X 10.5.6. Everything has been working well so I've been hesitant to upgrade either to Snow Leopard or CS4 with its attendant recognition problems.

I'm considering at least upgrading to 10.5.8 and before I set myself up for a Sunday afternoon spent cursing myself I thought I'd see if anyone has any experiences with this version using the software apps mentioned above. I realize that if it ain't broke don't fix it is often the best advice. But sometimes we just have to move forward.

For that matter, is it worth going to Snow Leopard and CS4 or should I just wait until printer drivers and bugs are worked out?

Best,

Carl

Carl, I'm using QTR 2.6.2, Leopard 10.5.8 and CX3. Absolutely no problems. Personally I'm waiting for CS5 and hopefully all the Snow Leopard/CS issues will be resolved;)
