Problem with ink separation print in Version 2.7.0.0

I installed V2.7 a couple of days ago and just tried printing an ink separation file, which I have done many times before in previous versions. This one is a disaster. What I have got is a complete greyscale print, and all areas that should be white have printed mid-grey. I reverted to V2.6 and everything is OK again. Have I done something stupid or is this a bug in V2.7? I am on Windows XP SP3, printing to a 3800 Roger
