Using Colormunki with QTR 2.7 (Mac)

Using Colormunki with QTR 2.7 (Mac)

2010-04-20 by makieb@ymail.com

Hello,

looking in the EYE-ONE folder, I saw a file named munki-21steps.tif, which led me to the assumption with release 2.7 the colormunki is now officially supported. I've read the supplied tutorial and readme's but the munki was not mentioned in this documents. Using the munki with MesasureTool also seems not supported. Help would be very appreciated, thank you.

Best regards,

Martin

There is some guidance on using the colormunki with QTR here:

Lost Profile QTR 2.7 (Mac)

2010-04-20 by Skip Sorrentino

Hi All,

Just did the 2.7 upgrade, QUad MAc Pro 10.6.3 & although I had them for initial try, all the Curves do not show up. I reinstalled from the Curves folder, to no avail.

Any tricks to make them show up?

Thanks,

Skip

Hello Howard,

thank's for your hint. I was aware about this tutorial and tried it a few month's ago, but without success. I stopped trying as the tutorial is from 2008 thinking it may not be compatible with QTR 2.6/2.7. Today I tried again and found out that QTR-Create-ICC now is compatible with the csv-Output from Colormunki's Photo ColorPicker so the workaround with a spreadsheet application is not necessary anymore. That was part where I failed with the northlight tutorial. I will try to print with the new profile later this day.

Best regards,

Martin

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
