Getting back to printing after long absence. Clarrification needed.

Hi Everyone. I have not printed in some time. I am in the process of sorting out a problem with my Epson 3800 and in the meantime I have cleaned up my Epson 2100 and loaded it with Cone K7 SE inks. The issue I have is this; I have made a few changes to my OS and Photoshop setup since last printing black and white with Cone inks and QTR. Now that I am trying to get back up to speed, and with all the discussions around CS4 colour management issues and Snow Leopard, I could really use a definite clarrification of the workflow from Photoshop to QTR. To confirm my set up, it is as follows; Mac OS 10.6.5 Snow Leopard Photoshop CS4 Epson 2100 Cone K7 SE (Special Edition) inks in refillable cart's (Once I sort out my 3800 I'm going to set up with Cone WN gloss/matte) I need to print to Epson enhanced matte and Hahnemühle Photorag. I am O.K with my photoshop colour settings and Gamma 2.2 setup etc. Where I am needing clarrification is in the settings for the Photoshop Print dialogue. When I look at the downloaded manuals and guides I can never seem to come accross my combination of Mac OS and Photoshop version so I am always left wondering if I am making the right selections as I work through from Photoshop to the printer driver/QTR. Surely there are others out there printing out of Photoshop CS4 running on Snow Leopard? :-) Many thanks for your assistance. Regards, Neil. (Glad to be almost printing again.)
