I can't get QTR to install on a 3800

I can't get QTR to install on a 3800

2011-02-07 by john

I can't get QTR to install on a 3800 on Mac 10.6.6, either with USB or an ethernet cable. Have tried each separately, uninstalling previous attempts before each try.

I can't load the curves for some reason.

Is 10.6.6 being supported?

It keep saying that it can't find the printer when plugged into the USB and when plugged into the network (separately) it won't load the curves?

Hi John,

I'm not sure if this is of any help, but ...

I don't usually print from my laptop (MBP) but I do have QTR installed on it and recently did the 10.6.6 update so I just hooked it up to my 3800 via USB and it seems to work fine. However it just occurred to me to check what version of QTR is on this machine and it is 2.6.

I'll try upgrading to 2.7 and report back.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
