Hi Chris, The filters are discrete, but based on Rolands custom BA662 chip. The same one is used in a few other Roland keys - SH2, SH101, MKS-30, Jupiter 4 and others. The BA662 is a transconductance amp. It is not a filter IC in itself, but a one of many descrete components that make up the filter circuit. It can also be found in VCA's, envelopes and other synth circuits. ac PS it's me thats selling the 121 PCB!
