Hi Chris,

The filters are discrete, but based on Rolands custom BA662 chip.
The same one is used in a few other Roland keys - SH2, SH101, MKS-30,
Jupiter 4 and others.

The BA662 is a transconductance amp.
It is not a filter IC in itself, but a one of many descrete components
that make up the filter circuit. It can also be found in VCA's,
envelopes and other synth circuits.
