This wouldn't be too hard.  The JP6 uses two MKS80rev4 voice boards.
One is fully populated and the other is half populated.  Hence
the 2+4 and 4+2 split options.  You may be able to directly tap
off of these, or it might require an opamp as a current to voltage
converter.  I haven't really looked at the schematics so I'd have
to crack open my JP6 to give you a definitive answer.  And if
you didn't want to drill holes in the rear of the JP6, you could
rewire the XLR as a lower/upper out.
