R9 = Dual Negative Slew

These old programmers aren't the same as the new ones, but rather like those
that were presented in Synapse. They require an external pulse source such
as the old Serge Sequencer to be used as a CV sequencer. There are tricks
for hooking them up as an 8 stage if needed (quite easy). The original
concept for these is a basic "preset" system for CV.

No, I haven't seen the boards that are for sale, but are drawing the
conclusions from my own 1973 Serge.
