I've never bought used panels & have one used power supply.
I would say that most Serge owners selling panels would be honest to
deal with.
Check out John Duval's many used panels & help him out if any of them
suit your needs - he's
always mentioned on AH as an excellent trader.

30 day MBG is what you get when you shop Target for toaster ovens, not here.
Be very careful about any used deal, but once a committment is made,
keep it.
These things are not cheap. You have X dollars and you can always have
a greater quantity of cheap crap than fine things. Which do you want in
your studio? The choice is always there.

Lead times vary. Custom panels I think are a couple months. Some shop
panels can be had a little more quickly.

16" of modules is one panel, yes.

Don't know if the Planner is up yet or not.
