Hi All,
I have been a bit disappointed sometimes with the TKB quantizer, due to the audible slew rate between steps. Basically if a sound has a fast attack you can't really use the quantizer or you will hear the glide from one note to the next. Its not so long that the average listener will hear it as portamento, but it does significanltly affect the timbre of the start of the note. The dithering previously mentioned never bothered me.
