Tony told me the Expressionist chassis floats so no wonder I wasn't
able to establish a common ground! I connected the braid of the 1/4"
to banana cable (from the Expressionist) directly to the black ground
cable from the Serge PS and it worked. What a relief. The question is:
How do I do this for all 16 of the Expressionist's outs? I looked at
the MOTM and .com banana jack interfaces... Could I get two of the
.com interfaces and somehow connect them both to the Serge ground? Is
there another way?
Thanks everyone for their tips and insight.
