Blue=Unipolar (DC)
Black=Bipolar (AC)
Red=Logic (On or Off)
Both blue and black can be CV or audio...obviously black is bipolar (AC).
Blue is most commonly CV, black is most commonly audio and red is always a trig pulse, Logic or a gate.
Nothing is set in stone of course.
If you put a bipolar signal (black) into a unipolar input (blue) you *will* rectify the signal, regardless of weather its audio or cv ;)
