Re: If you already owned a Serge Blue Station and Soup Kitchen

HI all

The reason why I was asking is that I am sure all of you have just more
than the Serge System.

The reason why I am looking at Plan B for example is that I will never
be able to afford a Buchla and their models like the VCO is designed
very closely to the Buchla sound which I love ( Subotnick etc), so I am
looking at trying to get Euroracks models that have Buchlaish extras
that the Serge does not have, just to funk it up a bit.

Of course I am not comparing Doepfer to the mighty Serge, but I do have
a cracklebox and a Serge, is that OK with you all ?

I have thought about getting a Midi CV converter to use with my Edirol
controller ( that I haven't used for ages) as I am into more
experimental music, I am constantly changing my mind about whether I
need a standard keyboard...

And lastly its a modular synth we are talking about, its hard not to get
turned on by new models :-)
