No idea on either, sorry. When I make my panels, I use a laser
printer and paper, so my designs are in photoshop. As for the knobs,
the larger knobs (1/4" shaft) appear to be Marshall amp knobs, while
the smaller ones (1/8" shaft) I have never seen anywhere else. Most
likely something Serge was able to get surplus, as a lot of what was
used in the paper face synths appears to have been.
