I have three suggestions, assuming you do not wish to build your own interface. One is to buy custom banana-to-xx cables (I believe Rex still offers these).
Another option is to design a custom 1U rack of adaptors, attenuators, etc, available from Michael Ford of Metalbox:
Finally, since you already have a Modcan B system, you might ask Bruce Duncan to deliver a 48B with one banana jack on each mult section.
Remember that all systems including the interface must be grounded together. Also, search the list archives for discussions about using systems with different voltage standards together - this can generally be done without problems, but certain factors have to be adjusted
for, such as when attempting to drive a VCA with a 0-10v range using a 0-5v envelope signal.
