Mine will stop if I push their rate too high with a CV or modulated by themselves to adjust curve, I think this is normal. However, mine won�t ever stop if I just have them set and running.

mine never stopped. I had eight or more of them and i would leave them running for
weeks if that's how long it took me to work out the specifics of the patch i was working on.
Do the LEDs go out? and you have to flip the "cycle" switch to get it going again?. .that's not normal.
. . .or at least that wasn't "normal" on my system.

Hmmm. . can't remember if i ever tried that.
I do remember that i was manualy forcing them into the audio midrange constantly while
recording HC. . .maybe around 1.5 to 2k cycles. Does that qualify? LOL
a moot point now for me but i was surprised when this thread started.
