A little more info on this.
I've confirmed that in the case of the those modules with paired
outputs, i.e., UAP, DCSM, or QVM, you can use a 'Y-connector' that
goes from two mono 1/4" phone plugs to a 'stereo' TRS 1/4" jack.
In the case of the XFAD, Chip says Switchcraft makes a barrel adaptor
that goes from 1/4" TS mono phone plug to TRS stereo jack. The part
number for this is: #352A
Either of these solutions will give you what you're looking for!
