No, I hear you! Umm… you could try using scaling
to shrink to fit. But then the problem is shrink to fit what?
Poster paper? ; ) OK, scratch that. Yeah, I didn’t
really put this together with printing in mind… A spreadsheet gave
me the kind of open-ended workspace I needed when I was first trying to decide
how to lay the data out. Once I got going I just sorta stuck with it.
Here’s another idea though: You could copy/paste the text to
something more print-friendly, like Word or some Open Office equivalent.
A bit of a pain if you have large amounts that you want to print out, but hey –
at least I did some of the collating for you. hehe…

Not knowing excel too well...is there anyway it can be printed out? I
tried to convert it to pdf but its lay out is all over the shop , same
if I try and print it..
