Re: Creature Combos Questions -- knob color help!!!???

2008-12-17 by Bakis Sirros

i finally decided to stick with the all black Serge knobs scheme.
one important factor for my decision though, was that i already had 11 serge panels with all black knobs...
but its all a matter of personal taste....
the coloured knobs scheme is also very nice.

Hey Chris and gang,

Thanks for pointing that out!!! Yes, I too love the animal, or at
least the idea of the animal, because I've never heard one yet!! My
reasons for getting the creature + Quad slopes (Rex helped me decide
as well as you guys) are because I want a small modular set up,
flexible and compatible with my Roland 104 sequencer, Mooger control
processor, Marshall Time Modulator and Steiner-Parker Synthacon.

So why no animal? I wanted M-class for it's smaller assortment of
modules because I think I'll have a more "Ben-style" synth when its
all complete... I stared at the animal for hours, it's very balanced
and thought out for sure... I guess I just like that black module with
the blue light and the STS pyramid -- It's drawing me into the void
already!! reminds me of the floating eye pyramid thing on the dollar
bill, haha!

I'm totally on the fence about the colored knobs issue, please write
back quickly as Rex is mailing the quote today!!! also I like the pink
switch caps, is that an option too? ;)

later,
ben
..
