Welcome, Chris -- that's exciting, indeed! Good luck with your 'hunt'.

Regarding traveling with your Serge and portability, take a look in the yahoo group photo album for this list. Some of the members have Zero case mounted systems that look very nice and didn't require any hassle to install, I don't think. Other users have had success with custom made folding cases a la Buchla.

Hi,

This is exciting I've been talking to Rex and will be placing an order for my first panel very soon (it's an animal) and I thought since I'm on here I'd post an introduction and thanks.

I'm an experimental musician in Vancouver, Canada and presently I'm working on an interpretation of Dante's Divine Comedy for music concrete and North American Haiku. I've been blogging it at www.wiresource.blogspot.com

I've been learning synthesis for over a year and have built up a small studio. Originally I was pining for a Buchla but when I started to actually research my options I found the Serge instruments more intriguing, more musical and far more affordable to get started on. In the interest of brevity I won't go on much longer in this post. I'm glad to be here.

By the way, if anyone has an M-odule they might want to trade for a fully restored MS-20 please contact me off list at i.am.using.the.internets@... I'd love to get my hands on a creature or other small beast while I wait for my animal.

Thanks.
Chris
