HELP!- Wiring color order for power supply...

Hi,
I just removed the (4) wires from the back of the 5-pin mounted jack where you plug in the power supply and that feeds the distribution unit from the back side (installing it in a cabinet). Stupidly I forgot to note the order of the wires as I unsoldered them. Looking at the back of the jack, going from left to right, I know it starts with GREEN but I cannot recall the other three. If someone could please be kind enough to tell met the order I would be eternally grateful. The last type of signal I need to see coming from my Serge is a smoke signal. Thanks!
