a little bit of a stretch but a BLOG or PDIV will convert any waveform
to pulses, also the Schmitt Trigger.
You can also do pwm using DTG or DSG as oscillators.

One more possible idea - try mixing sawtooth waves from 2 oscillators in
a mixer, tuned to beat slowly. Try inverting one sigal if you can.
You get a real nice buzzy phasey sound.
