Hi,
if I remember correctly there is also something mentioned about how the rate
of the smooth or stepped generator (don't know which one) should to be
adjusted. This seems to make sense as the RVG has only one rate control
(but I have to look it up in my Gold book), meaning one of the two
generators has its rate set to a fixed value.
