Seems the power supply is only outputing -12 and +3 volts. Anybody
know what would cause the PSU to give up 9 positive volts? It worked
great for a while then a few days ago... Whining, why, PSU down 9
volts on the plus.

Is that with a load or disconnected from panels? If it gives those
readings disconnected from
the Serge, the PS is bad or badly miscalibrated. If it gives those
readings when it's connected to the Serge then you have a short in the
Serge somewhere.
