about the TEV...

about the TEV...

2009-03-18 by Bakis Sirros

hi list,

from my talk with Rex last year, here is what i can remember regarding the TEV:

it is a TKB hardwired to 8 TG's (or 16 TG's, as a quite expensive custom special panel).

the black jacks are indeed audio inputs to the 8 TG's, or can be made blue dc-coupled cv inputs for the times of the TG's.

all the other controls are rather obvious i think.

at one time, i was ready to order the TEV (with 8 TG's), but then i thought that buying a second TKB, plus more TG's, would be more flexible! (as you can connect the TG's to whatever you want, according to your needs, and not always being hardwired to the 8 first stages of the TKB).

so i went that way...

thanks,
best regards, :-)
Bakis.
