I would love an SDS6 - What's a fair price for one? I've been looking for years but never saw one for sale. If anyone here has one they would part with please let me know! I have several Phi Tech Translator 2's that I use with my SDS's, Drum X and Clap Trap. That lets me use any MIDI sequencer. Doepfer and Paia both have MIDI to velocity sensitive gate solutions, but the Translator 2 regularly (but not frequently) pops up on eBay in the USA for much less coin - I don't think I ever paid more than $100 for any of mine. Only caveat is that it doesn't control Simmons' open / closed hi hat like the MTM. all my best, - Scott
