If we're guessing right that Brice is looking to do some sort of a control interface with the PSIM as a brain, then I think it's valid to make up wishlists. The closest thing I've seen to heaven in a sequencer yet is Colin Fraser's P3 project (http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/analogue-sequencer/). ... I have one on the bench waiting to be built. Now, that box is _VERY_ powerful and Colin's continuing to add features. But, it's MIDI and is either overkill or won't work for "simple" stuff like firing off a string of beats, or creating a complex wave generator, or a complex EG. >With a good control interface (ie, enough sliders, knobs and buttons), >the PSIM has the potential to be the PERFECT sequencer because it will >have MY software in it :) Yeup... That becomes a real beauty point here. Design the right controller interface and then let the users (easily) write code to let it drive the brain as they see fit. Mark
