Okay, I haven't programmed anything since I made a basic program to count prime numbers at computer camp about 12 years ago (when I was 13)....... I bought a PSIM though, thinking it would be useful as a shift register, EG, slew rate limiter, quantizer, etc, etc, etc.... all things that I can use. Also, I REALLY dig the speech synth samples and I want the speech synth add-on as soon as it comes out. I have a few questions: 1) Is it possible to have a quantizer mode that quantizes to a scale? Like on the MINI-WAVE? 2) One of the functions listed this module could serve was delay, does that mean gate delay or audio delay or what? 3) Is there ANY WAY at all to add on extra program RAM, or even a switchable PROM or something, so that maybe the two or three programs you use most could be easily recallable (or the one program even you use most)? I know I'm pushing it here, but I think mine, for instance, will get a LOT of use as a quantizer/shift register and maybe as an extra ADSR or LFO or something.... and if it does delay, than I'll probably use that a bunch too..... Once the speech module comes out, I'll want that useable all the time. It would be useful if at least once the speech module comes out if you wouldn't have to switch out programs so much to run the speech module, like if it had it's own flash RAM or something. I'd pay for the add-on board for more RAM or ROM, I'd even solder one together myself if it wasn't super difficult. Okay, cool..... Thanks for reading, those are my "non-programmar, but synth lover" questions.. Thanks, Jonathan Pratt
