I've finished the initial release of my arpeggiator.  It arpeggiates
cv sequences creating a trigger, gate, and cv.  Aux input is a bypass
mode that will start and stop the arpeggiator.  In-4 selects one of 5
preset arpeggiator sequences.  Stop enters definition mode where cv
in is recorded to create a user programmable sequence that replaces
one of the presets.  I put it in the note generators folder and
deleted my earlier version in the code fragments folder.

Any of the presets can be replaced by editing the bytetable strings. 
Out-4 is the sequence scaled up one octave.

Since my trigger is quite narrow (250 uS) I monitor the gate and cv
inputs and trigger on the rising edge of gate or a change of the
note.  It seems to work quite reliably.  Let me know of any problems
with your configuration.
